PestFlap Warranty

Drainbo Ireland Limited, trading as PestFlap (“PestFlap”, “we”, “us”, “our”), warrants that your PestFlap product (PF3 and PF4 valves) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, when installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — including issues with the valve mechanism, housing, or seals that arise from how the product was made, not how it was installed or used.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Incorrect or DIY installation not carried out in line with the installation instructions provided
• Use outside the stated pipe size or fitting specification for the product installed
• Unauthorised modification of the product, including altering, disassembling, or combining it with parts not supplied by PestFlap
• Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration of components through ordinary use over time

If you believe your PestFlap product has a covered defect:

• Contact us at support@pestflap.com with your proof of purchase, installation date, and a description of the issue.
• Where possible, include photos of the installed product and the fault.
• We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection at our cost, or arrange an inspection where reasonable.

Where a claim is validated under this warranty, Drainbo Ireland Limited T/A PestFlap will, at its own discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product. This is the full extent of our liability under this warranty.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
