2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Trade and distributor enquiries: business name, role, company address, trading details, and any information you share about your intended order volumes or territory.

• Payment information: card or payment account details, processed securely by our third party payment processor (see Section 4). PestFlap does not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Where PestFlap.com offers direct purchase of products, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe, PayPal, or a similar provider). PestFlap does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or equivalent sensitive payment credentials.

10.2 Sharing for Cross Context Behavioural Advertising

We use tools such as the Google Ads tag and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to advertise PestFlap products across other websites and platforms. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though we do not sell data for money. This applies to identifiers and internet and network activity described in Section 10.1.

You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time by:

• Using the cookie consent tool on PestFlap.com to reject advertising and analytics cookies.
• Emailing support@pestflap.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information".
• Enabling a recognised opt out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, in your browser, where supported.

10.3 Your California Rights

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling most requests, which may require confirming details such as your name and email address on file. You may also designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

PestFlap.com is intended for business and adult consumer use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
