Shipping Policy

All PestFlap orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We ship worldwide, including to the UK, Ireland, the EU, and the United States.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time (below). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free standard shipping is applied automatically to orders over £100.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• UK: 2-4 Business Days
• Ireland & EU: 3-6 Business Days
• United States & Rest of World: 5-12 Business Days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Large orders including bulk, trade, and pallet quantities are not shipped using our standard rates or timelines. Shipping for these orders is arranged individually once the order is placed.

• Place your bulk or trade order as normal, or contact us directly to arrange one.
• Our team will confirm shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time with you directly.
• Shipping is arranged only after these details have been confirmed with you.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping cost and are collected by the courier or relevant customs authority on delivery.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where the shipping method used includes tracking.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@pestflap.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
